Myprivateproxy gets my vote too. Initially i tried out Squid Proxies but as my ips are dynamic and always changing, I cannot get Squid to work and I asked for a refund. I tried myprivatproxy next and since they offer user and password authentication as well as ip authentication i had no problem. I’m using my private proxies for some social campaigns on twitter with tweetattacks and facebook with 100% rate of succes!
