- Service Suspension and Final Notice: Should the customer not comply with the verification request after the initial 7 days, a second notice will be issued, and the customer’s access to services may be suspended. They will have an additional seven (7) days to submit the required information.
- Account Termination for Continued Non-Compliance: If the customer fails to provide the requested verification within the extended timeframe, the account may be terminated without the possibility of reinstatement.
